Star Trek Fixes.Changes by FFCecil (Beta v1)
- Backup your Star Trek Mod files first
- Rename your DistantWorlds.exe (Bacon mods version will replace it.)
- Copy all the files folder structure to root Distant Worlds directory.  If you've changed your Star Trek Customization folder name then makes sure to replace those files with ones provided. 
- Change theme to Star Trek mod as usual.  Bacon mod changes will be active as well.

- Added Bacon Mod 1.77
- Added Armed Troop Transport Fix by SteamSlither
- Removed Fusion Ignition line of Reactors and streamlined the main 2 branches
- Added Warp Bubble as a PreWarp researched tech at start (More useful and fixes the nowarp bug)
	= Lowered Speed to 1000 and energy to 30.
	= Races will no longer be stuck with hundreds and up to a thousand ships with nowarp capability.
	= Allows them to spread out and defend there systems better without all the nowarp ships
- Removed bombard damage from quantum torpedo's.  Mostly irritated me that it would never equip a   bombard dmg torpedo if I press AutoUpgrade button and would replace them with basic torpedo's.
	= Not sure how the AI handled bombard torpedo's if they would never equip them for me.
	= Made quantum and photon torpedo's early versions slightly better.  Lowered Son'a and Federation bombard torpedo sizes 
- Changed all Races Policies - InvasionOverkill to 2 (max) - Like the AI Mod - AI Races will invade with much more troops.
